Raleigh Raptors – feeding the young

At around 10 AM, Papa flew outside my office window with 2 small birds chasing him.  He had something in his beak.  It was too fast for me to take any shots, but at noon, here’s evidence the eggs have hatched.  How many?  We won’t know until about 2 weeks when the younglings will be strong enough to get around the nest.

Although the eyasses are not visible, Mama’s feeding someone and it aint the “Babe” 🙂

Food – home delivery – via air drop 🙂

Mama takes off with some of the food.  She’s gotta eat too!
